The author defines the \(n\)-fold symmetric product suspension of a continuum using \(n\)-fold symmetric products, and studies some properties of this hyperspace like unicoherence, local connectedness and arcwise connctedness. For each topological space \(Y\) he defines \(b_0(Y)\) = (number of components of \(Y)-1\), if this number is finite and \(b_0(Y)=\infty\) otherwise. Then the \textit{multicoherence degree} of a continuum \(X\) is defined as \( r(X) = \text{sup} \{ b_0(H \cap K) | H \text{ and } K \text{ are subcontinuua of } X \text{ and } X=H\cup K\} \). The symbol \(F_n(X)\) denotes the \textit{n-fold symmetric product} of a continuum \(X\), that is the set \(\{ A\subset X | \text{ }A\) has at most
