This article investigates complex symmetric composition operators acting on a certain class of Hilbert spaces \(\mathcal{H}(E,\beta_S)\) of entire Dirichlet series, which was introduced by \textit{X. Hou} et al. [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 401, No. 1, 416--429 (2013; Zbl 1275.47051)]. Complex symmetric operators are generalizations of complex symmetric matrices and they include several types of operators such as normal operators and operators defined by Hankel matrices and Toeplitz matrices. They were first studied by \textit{S. R. Garcia} and \textit{M. Putinar} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 358, No. 3, 1285--1315 (2006; Zbl 1087.30031)]. The authors of this paper prove a complete characterization of bounded composition operators on any space \(\mathcal{H}(E,\beta_S)\), which may or may not contain constant functions, thus improving a result in the aforementioned paper by Hou et al. [loc. cit.]. The last section studies the complex symmetry of composition operators on these spaces that have the form of composition conjugation.
