The author considers a complete noncompact hypersurface \(M\) in a sphere \(S^{n+1}\), \(n\ge 3\) with finite total curvature and uses tools of geometrical analysis to prove the following: Each \(p\)-th space of reduced \(L^2\)-cohomology on \(M\) is isomorphic to the space of \(L^2\)-harmonic \(p\)-forms and has finite dimension for \(0\le p\le n\). This result confirms the author's conjecture posed in [An. Acad. Bras. Ciênc. 88, No. 4, 2053--2065 (2016; Zbl 1371.53057)].
