    The authors study the Neumann boundary problems of the special Lagragian equations \[ \arctan D^2u(x) = \Theta (x), \quad x\in \Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n, \] where \[ \arctan D^2u(x) := \sum_{i=1}^{n}\arctan \lambda_i. \] Here \(\lambda=(\lambda_1, \dots, \lambda_n)\) are the eigenvalues of the Hessian matrix \(D^2u\), \(\Theta(x)\) is restricted in the supercritical phase case, namely \[ \frac{(n-2)\pi}{2}<\Theta(x)<\frac{n\pi}{2}. \] By establishing global \(C^0\), \(C^1\) and \(C^2\) estimates of the Neumann problem in Theorems 2.3, 3.2 and 4.1, the unique classical solvability of the Neumann problem \[ \left \{ \begin{array}{cl} \arctan D^2u(x) = \Theta (x), & \quad x\in \Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n, \\ u_\nu = -u + \varphi(x), &\quad x\in \partial\Omega, \end{array} \right. \] is proved using the method of continuity. Here \(\nu\) is the outer unit normal vector of \(\partial\Omega\), \(\varphi\in C^3(\partial\Omega)\) is a given scalar function. Moreover, the existence of classical solutions of the classical Neumann problem \[ \left \{ \begin{array}{cl} \arctan D^2u(x) = \Theta (x), & \quad x\in \Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n, \\ u_\nu = \beta + \varphi(x), &\quad x\in \partial\Omega, \end{array} \right. \] is proved for some unique constant \(\beta\). Such solutions of the classical Neumann problem are unique up to a constant.
