The paper studies sweeping processes of the form \[ -x'(t)\in N(C(t),x(t))+f(t,x(t)), \] where \(f(\cdot,\cdot):{\mathbb{R}}\times {\mathbb{R}}^n\to {\mathbb{R}}^n\), is a given function, \(C(\cdot):{\mathbb{R}}\to \mathcal{P}({\mathbb{R}}^n)\) is a set-valued map with nonempty closed values and \(N(C,x)\) denotes the proximal normal cone to the set \(C\) at the point \(x\in C\). When \(C(\cdot)\) is Lipschitz with prox regular values and \(f(.,.)\) satisfies a certain monotonicity condition and is uniformly bounded, it is proved that the problem above has a unique global solution that is exponentially stable. Also it is proved that this unique global solution is periodic if \(C(\cdot)\) and \(f(\cdot,x)\) are periodic. An application of this result to a certain toy model is also provided.
