The main result of the paper under review is the following equality for a complete hyperbolic \(3\)-manifold \(\mathcal{M}_0\) of finite volume with \(h\) cusps. For \(n \ge 3\): \[ |\mathcal{T}(\mathcal{M}_0,\rho^{2(n-1)},\{m_i\})\prod^h_{i=1}\eta(\tau_i)^2|^{-1}=|\exp(\frac{1}{\pi}(n^2-n-\frac{1}{6})\mathbb{V}(\mathcal{M}_0))F_n(\mathcal{M}_0)|. \] Here, \(\mathcal{T}(\mathcal{M}_0,\rho^{2(n-1)},\{m_i\})\) is the Reidemeister torsion, \(\eta\) is the Dedekind eta function, \(\mathbb{V}(\mathcal{M}_0)\) is the complex volume, and \(F_n(\mathcal{M}_0)\) is the Zograf infinite product, respectively (Please see the paper for more precise definitions and notations). In short we can say that the main result is an equality involving Reidemeister torsion, complex volume and the Zograf infinite product for hyperbolic \(3\)-manifolds. The author also suggests a conjecture from the main result.
