The authors consider the Riemann problem for the 2D steady Euler system for zero-pressure adiabatic flow. The domain is the half-plane \(x\geq 0\), and the \(x\)-velocity is assume to be positive. The initial data are piecewise constant functions of \(y\) for \(x=0\). An \(\epsilon\)-band is considered in the neighbourhood of \(y=0\) in order to prove the existence of global generalized solutions of the delta initial data (with jump at \(y=0\)). The authors obtain the global structures of solutions and study their asymptotic behaviours as \(x\to\infty\). A new non-classical wave is obtained as a solution.
