The study on sparse operators has been an active topic of current research, which originated Lerner's work. It was proved that some sparse operators could control some well-known operators. For example, Calderon-Zygmund operators, martingale transforms, maximal function, Carleson operators and so on. Actually, the sparse operators play key roles in establishing some weight bounds for several classical integral operators. This paper under review defined a class of sparse operators of strong type on abstract measure spaces with ball-bases, and established weak and strong type inequalities for the above operators via more refine analyses. Generally speaking, this paper is interesting and well written. Especially, the outline of this paper an the proofs are very clear. It is worth mentioning that the method used in proving the main results involves some nontrivial techniques of computations. Overall, this article is a nice piece of work.
