For any given value of the Elliott invariant, the author constructs a simple inductive limit of subhomogeneous C*-algebras without dimension growth such that it has a Cartan subalgebra and it has the given data as its invariant. This particularly implies that any classifiable C*-algebra has a Cartan subalgebra and it can be realized as a twisted groupoid C*-algebra. Another insteresting consequence is that the existence of Cantan subalgebras is equivalent to the UCT for separable simple unital C*-algebras with finite nuclear dimension.
