The main result is an improvement of the example of a countable regular topological space \(Y\) without isolated points such that all its nowhere dense subsets are closed (\(Y\) is nodec) and its topology \(\tau\subset 2^Y\) is analytic. This space was constructed in [\textit{S. Todorčević} and \textit{C. Uzcátegui}, Topology Appl. 166, 85--91 (2014; Zbl 1287.54030)]. The existence of a countable nodec topological space \(X\) without isolated points and with analytic topology was proved already in [\textit{O. Njåstad}, Pac. J. Math. 15, 961--970 (1965; Zbl 0137.41903)]. However, the space \(N\) is not regular and it is not known to the authors whether there is a regular one. On the other hand \(X\) is moreover selectively separable, i.e., for any choice of dense subsets \(D_n\subset X\), \(n\in\omega\), there are finite \(F_n\subset D_n\) such that \(\bigcup_{n\in\omega}F_n\) is dense. The space \(X\) has also property \((q^+)\), i.e., if \(x\in\overline{\bigcup_n F_n}\), there is \(S\subset\bigcup_n F_n\) such that \(x\in\overline{S}\) and \(S\cap F_n\) has at most one point for each \(n\). The main results of the paper by Murgas and Uzcátegui are the analysis and refinement of the combinatorial methods of the construction of \(Y\) mentioned above. This leads to the construction of countable regular nodec topological spaces without isolated points and with analytic topology. These spaces are moreover not selectively separable and they don't have the property \((q^+)\). The authors do not know whether the space \(Y\) is selectively separable.
