    Summary: A function \(\psi : \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R}\) is said to be a Tribonacci function with period \(p\) if \(\psi(x + 3 p) = \psi(x + 2 p) + \psi(x + p) + \psi(x)\), for all \(x \in \mathbb{R}\). In this paper, we present some properties on the Tribonacci functions with period \(p\). We show that if \(\psi\) is a Tribonacci function with period \(p\), then \(\lim_{x \to \infty} \left(\psi(x + p) / \psi(x)\right) = \beta \), where \(\beta\) is the root of the equation \(x^3 - x^2 - x - 1 = 0\) such that \(1 < \beta < 2\).
