The following boundary value problem is considered: \[ -y''+q(x)y=\lambda^2 y,\; 0<x<1, \] \[ y'(0)-h_1y(0)=y'(1)+h_2y(0)=0, \] \[ y(d+0)=a_1y(d-0),\; y'(d+0)=a_1^{-1}y'(d-0)+a_2y(d-0),\; 0<d\le 1/2, \] where \(q\in L_2(0,1)\) is a real-valued function, \(a_j\) and \(h_j\) are real numbers, \(a_1>0.\) The so-called partial inverse problem is studied which consists in constructing the potential \(q(x)\) for \(x<d,\) provided that a part of the spectrum and the potential for \(x>d\) are given. Local solvability and stability of this inverse problem is established, and the uniqueness is proved.
