This work studies the problem of observer design for MIMO state space systems of the form \[ \begin{matrix} \dot{x}(t)=Ax(t)+Bf(t)\\ y(t)=Cx(t) \end{matrix} \] under unknown inputs \(f\). Here, the only information on the unknown input is that it is norm bounded, i.e. \(||f(t)||\leq F\), \(F>0\), \(\forall t\geq0\). Here, no relative degree conditions on the system matrices are assumed, which takes the problem in its most general form. Then the problem is solved after an appropriate transformation is first performed. Numerical examples are also provided.
