In this paper, the authors develop a new procedure for the construction of simple Gel'fand-Tsetlin modules for arbitrary finite \(W\)-algebra of type \(A\). The method constitutes a refinement and extension of the authors' previous work [Adv. Math. 343, 681--711 (2019; Zbl 1446.17014)]. Specifically, bases for these modules are determined by means of Gel'fand-Tsetlin tableaux satisfying certain constraints. These sets of relations, called admissible, are characterized and a construction procedure described, from which a family of simple infinite dimensional highest weight relation modules is obtained. A central result establishes that, for a given admissible set of relations \(\mathcal{C}\) and a tableau \([\ell]\) satisfying the conditions, the complex vector space \(V_{\mathcal{C}}([\ell])\) is a Gel'fand-Tsetlin \(W(\pi)\)-module such that the action of the Gel'fand-Tsetlin subalgebra is diagonal. In addition, various results concerning the simplicity of tensor product of two highest weight relation modules are studied, thus expanding results obtained in [\textit{A. I. Molev}, Duke Math. J. 112, No. 2, 307--341 (2002; Zbl 1035.17025)] for Yangian evaluation modules to the case of infinite dimensional highest weight modules.
