This paper deals with the characterization of RC-spaces and their relation to completely regular spaces. By using Frink's characterization of completely regular spaces, authors deduce that every RC-space is a completely regular space and show that there are some examples of completely regular spaces which are not RC-spaces. Furthermore, the authors provide two explicit examples including the Niemytzki Plane and the Sorgenfrey Plane which are completely regular and not normal spaces but are RC-spaces.
