The author studies the chemotaxis-Stokes system \begin{align*} & n_t+u\cdot \nabla n=\Delta n^m-\nabla\cdot (nS(x,n,c)\nabla c), \quad c_t+u\cdot\nabla c=\Delta c-nc \\ & u_t+\nabla P=\Delta u+n\nabla \phi +f(x,t), \ \nabla \cdot u=0 \quad \mbox{in $\Omega\times (0,\infty)$} \end{align*} with \[ \left.\left(\frac{\partial n^m}{\partial \nu}-nS(x,n,x)\frac{\partial c}{\partial \nu}, \frac{\partial c}{\partial \nu}, u\right) \right\vert_{\partial\Omega}=0, \quad \left. (n,c,u)\right\vert_{t=0}=(n_0, c_0, u_0). \] It is assumed that $\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^3$ is a bounded domain with smooth boundary $\partial\Omega$, \[ 0\leq n_0\in C^\omega(\overline{\Omega}), \ \ 0<c_0\in W^{1,\infty}(\Omega), \ \ u_0\in D(A^\gamma), \] where $\omega\in (0,1)$, $\gamma\in (\frac{3}{4}, 1)$, and $A=-P\Delta$ is the Stokes operator. It is also assumed that \begin{align*} & \phi \in C^2(\overline{\Omega}), \quad f\in C^1(\overline{\Omega}\times [0,\infty); \mathbb{R}^3) \\ & S\in C^2(\overline{\Omega}\times [0,\infty)^2; \mathbb{R}^{3\times 3}), \quad \vert S(x,n,c)\vert \leq S_0(c)(1+n)^{-\alpha} \end{align*} for $\alpha>0$ and decreasing $S_0:[0,\infty)\rightarrow [0,\infty)$. Then there is a global-in-time weak solution $(n,c,u)$ such that \[ \Vert n(t)\Vert_\infty+\Vert c(t)\Vert_{W^{1,\infty}}+\Vert u(t)\Vert_\infty\leq C, \] provided that $m+\alpha>\frac{10}{9}$ and $m+\frac{5}{4}\alpha>\frac{9}{8}$. The result follows from uniform a priori estimates for the approximate solution based on energy inequalities.
