A parabolic-elliptic system for two chemotactically interacting species with logistic type reaction terms \(\lambda u- \mu u^k\), \(k>1\), is studied in bounded domains of \(\mathbb R^n\). If the exponents \(k\) are big (\(k\ge 2\)) then the solutions are global-in-time and bounded. On the other hand, if solutions are considered in the ball of \(\mathbb R^n\), then for \(k\) close to \(1\), some radially symmetric solutions blow up in a finite time.
