In continuation of the first part of this paper, the authors study compact obstruction flat manifolds of dimension three. As proved by \textit{C. R. Graham} [Compos. Math. 64, 133--155 (1987; Zbl 0628.32033); Lect. Notes Math. 1276, 108--135 (1987; Zbl 0626.32027)] and for each arbitrary integer \(n\in\mathbb N\), there exists a large family of local noncompact strictly pseudoconvex obstruction flat hypersurfaces in \(\mathbb C^n\) which are (locally) non-spherical. In the paper, in question, the authors study the classification of \textit{compact} strictly pseudoconvex obstruction flat hypersurfaces in \(\mathbb C^2\). In the first part of this paper, it is proved that every compact strictly pseudoconvex and obstruction flat CR \(3\)-manifold with infinitesimal symmetry is locally spherical. In the particular case of boundaries in \(\mathbb C^2\), the assumption of having an infinitesimal symmetry means the existence of a holomorphic vector field where its real part is tangent to the boundary. In the present work, the authors generalize this result in the embedded case by relaxing this assumption on the tangency of the real part of the holomorphic vector field.
