The authors study the Bombieri problem for bounded univalent functions in the class \(S(M)\) which consists of the univalent functions \(f:D_{1}=\left\{ z\in \mathbb{C}:\left\vert z\right\vert <1\right\} \rightarrow D_{M}=\left\{ z\in\mathbb{C}:\left\vert z\right\vert <M\right\} \), where \(M>1\), such that \(f(0)=0\) and \( f^{\prime }(0)=1\). They calculate \(\sigma _{32}(M)\) expressed in Theorem 1 as their main result. They use Loewner chains and prove a sequence of preparatory lemmas to obtain the proof of their final result. The authors point out that their result implies the result \(\sigma _{32}=\frac{e-1}{4e}\) due to \textit{R. Greiner} and \textit{O. Roth} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 129, No. 12, 3657--3664 (2001; Zbl 0981.30018)].
