The paper deals with the second order differential equation \[ -y''(x) + q(x) y(x) = \lambda r(x) y(x) \] on the half-line \(x > 0\) with the potential \(q \in L(0, \infty)\), the step-like weight \(r(x)\), the Robin boundary condition at \(x = 0\) and the jump conditions at the points \(0 < b_1 < b_2 < \dots < b_{N-1}\). The functions \(q(x)\), \(r(x)\) and all the coefficients of the boundary and the jump conditions are supposed to be complex. Additionally, some regularity conditions have to be satisfied. The inverse spectral problem is studied, which consists in recovering the potential \(q(x)\) and some coefficients from the Weyl-type function. The complex weight \(r(x)\) is supposed to be known a priori. The author investigates the properties of spectral characteristics and proves a uniqueness theorem for the considered inverse problem. The proofs are based on the construction of Birkhoff-type fundamental systems of solutions and on the method of spectral mappings. The rather general problem statement is illustrated by several examples.
