    Let \(D\) denote the unit disc in the complex plane. Let \(\omega: [0,1)\to [0,\infty)\) be an integrable function on \([0,1)\). We write \(\hat \omega(r)=\int_r^1 \omega(s)\, ds\). We say that \(\omega\in \hat {\mathcal{D}}_p\) for \(p\in (0,\infty)\) if \[ \sup_{r\in (0,1)} \frac{(1-r)^p}{\hat { \omega}(r)} \int_0^r \frac{\omega(s)\, ds}{(1-s)^p}<\infty. \] A weight \(\omega \) belongs to \(\check {\mathcal{D}}\) if \(\hat {\omega}(r)\ge C \hat {\omega} (1-\frac{1-r}{K})\) for all \(0\le r <1\) and some positive constants \(K\) and \(C\). The class \(\hat{\mathcal{D}}\) consists of \(\omega \) satisfying \(\hat {\omega}(r)\le C \hat {\omega} (\frac {1+r}2)\) for all \(r\in [0,1)\) and some constant \(C\ge 1\). Note that \(\hat {\mathcal{D}}=\bigcup_{p>0} \hat {\mathcal{D}} _p\). The following theorem is a generalization of a result from [\textit{P. Ahern}, Can. J. Math. 35, 735--749 (1983; Zbl 0553.28006)] \newline Theorem 1. Let \(0<p,q<\infty\) and \(\omega \in \check {\mathcal{D}}\cap \hat{\mathcal{D}}\). Then \(\omega \in \hat {\mathcal{D}}_q\) if and only if \[ \int _0^1 \biggl( \int_0^{2\pi} |\Theta'(re^{it})|^p\, dt\biggr)^\frac{q}{p} \omega(r) \, dr \operatorname{asymp} \int _0^1 \biggl( \int_0^{2\pi} \Bigl( \frac{1-|\Theta(re^{it})|}{1-r}\Bigr) ^p\, dt\biggr)^\frac{q}{p} \omega(r) \, dr \] for all inner functions \(\Theta\). The comparison constants depend only on \(p,q\) and \(\omega\). As consequences, some sharp conditions providing that inner functions reduce to Blaschke products are obtained.
