In this article the authors study a reproduction procedure for the Bethe ansatz equation corresponding to the \(\mathfrak{gl}(m|n)\) Gaudin model. Namely, to a given solution of the Bethe ansatz equation, associated to a tensor product of polynomial modules, this reproduction procedure corresponds a family of other solutions called the population, to which the authors associate a rational pseudo-differential operator \(R\) and a superspace of rational functions \(W\). The authors show that if at least one module is typical then the population is canonically identified with the set of minimal factorizations of \(R\) and with the space of full superflags in \(W\).
