In [J. Algebra 393, 170--186 (2013 Zbl 1287.13008)] the authors proposed the following question: Let \(R\) be a polynomial ring and let \(I\) be an ideal of \(R\) generated by \(n\) quadrics and having ht\((I)=h\). Is it true that \[\text{pd}(R/I)\le h(n-h+1)?\] In this paper, the author gives an affirmative answer to this question in the case where the ideal \(I\) above is an almost complete intersection and \(n=5\) (thus \(h=4\)) such that \(e(R/I)\le 3\). In order to accomplish this, the author presents a clasification for \((x,y,z,w)\)-primary ideals \(J\) with \(e(R/J)\le 3\), where \(R\) is a polynomial ring over an algebraically closed field and \(x,y,z,w\) are linearly independent linear forms.
