This work considers a family of perturbed 3-dimensional Kepler systems -- harmonic oscillators interacting in a nonlinear way. The Hamiltonian of this system depends on two integer parameters and two arbitrary smooth functions with four real variables. It is proved that such Hamiltonian systems are integrable. Moreover, after reduction to the phase space of null twistors they are equivalent to \(3\)-dimensional perturbed Kepler systems written in the fictitious time representation. Important examples of these perturbed Kepler systems are also discussed. It is interesting that some of the examples involve Jacobi elliptic functions.
