The interesting paper under review deals with interior regularity in the Sobolev-Morrey spaces \(W^{2,p,\mu}\) and in \(W^{2, \mathrm{BMO}}\) of the \(L^n\)-viscosity solutions to fully nonlinear elliptic equations \[ T(D^2 u, x) = f(x)\quad \text{in}\ \Omega, \] where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^n\) is a bounded domain, and \(T(M,x)\) is a bounded measurable function in \(x\) and uniformly elliptic in \(M\) that is approximately convex at infinity. The author develops a \(W^{2,p,\mu}\)-regularity theory with \(p\geq n\) and \(\mu\in[0,n)\) for asymptotically approximately convex elliptic equations. Further on, \(W^{2,\mathrm{BMO}}\)-regularity results are obtained when the operator \(T\) is locally semiconvex near infinity and all eigenvalues of \(D^2 T(M)\) are at least \(-C\|M \|^{-(1 + \sigma_0)}\) as \(M \rightarrow \infty.\) As consequence, a \(W^{2, \mathrm{BMO}}\)-regularity for some Isaacs equations is given, and it is shown that the set of fully nonlinear operators of \(W^{2, \mathrm{BMO}}\) regularity theory is dense in the space of fully nonlinear uniformly elliptic operators.
