    Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded connected smooth set in \(\mathbb R^3\). Concisely, the authors look for on well-posedness/regularity properties of the following non-stationary boundary system \[(*):\ \begin{cases} \partial_ty+A^{2r}\mu=0, \\ \tau\partial_ty+B^{2\sigma}y+f'(y)=\mu+u,\\ y(0)=y_0,\end{cases}\] such that \(f\) is a double-well potential, \(A^{2r}\) and \(B^{2\sigma}\) are fractional positive powers of self-adjoint operators \(A\) and \(B\), respectively, \(u\in H^1((0,T);L_2(\Omega))\), \(y\in H^1((0,T);(V_A^r)^*)\cap L_\infty((0,T);V_B^\sigma), \tau\partial_ty\in L_2((0,T);L_2(\Omega))\), and \(\mu\in L_2((0,T);V_A^r)\) such that \((V_A^r)^*\) is the dual of \(V_A^r=\big\{v\in L_2(\Omega):\sum\limits_{j\ge 1}|\lambda_j^r(v,e_j)|^2\big\}\) and \(y_0\in V_B^\sigma=\big\{v\in L_2(\Omega):\sum\limits_{j\ge 1}|\lambda_j^{'\sigma}(v,e_j)|^2\big\}\) such that \((\lambda_j)_{j\in\mathbb N}\) and \((\lambda'_j)_{j\in\mathbb N}\) are sequences of eigenvalues associated to orthonormal (w.r.t. the inner product defined in \(L_2(\Omega)\)) sequences of eigenvectors \((e_j)_{j\in\mathbb N}\) and \((e'_j)_{j\in\mathbb N}\) of \(A\) and \(B\), successively. They provide well-posedness and regularity results for a weak formulation of \((*)\) (Theorems 2.6 and 2.8).
