Klein-Gordon-Maxwell equations in high dimensions (Q2339872)

A system of two equations for the Laplace-Beltrami operator \(\Delta_g\) on a smooth compact Riemannian manifold \((M,g)\), strongly, non-linearly coupled by zero-order power terms is considered. The system is motivated by the Klein-Gordon-Maxwell system in the static case. The main focus of the results is, however, on the case of dimension \(n\geq5\). The existence of a mountain pass solution and the a priori boundedness property is shown in this case.
