A set \(S\subseteq G\), \(G\) is an abelian group is called \((v,k,\lambda\mu)\) partial difference set if \(|G|=\vartheta\), \(|S|=k\) and \(\forall g\in g\), \(g\neq 1\) can be written either \(\lambda\) or \(\mu\) different ways. The main result is a construction of \((p^3,p^2+p-2,p-2,p+2)\) such a set, where \(p\) is an odd prime.
