Facial topology and extreme operators (Q2343222)

Let \(K\) be a simplex and \(A_0 (K)\) be the space of all affine continous functions that vanish at some extreme point of \(K\). The main aim of the paper is to characterize the space \(A_0 (K)\) using the concept of nice operators. It is proved that, under some conditions on extreme operators \(T : X \to A_0 (K)\), the space \(A_0 (K)\) is isometrically isomorphic to \(c_0 (I)\) for some indexed set \(I\).
