Let \(X\) be a space, \(\mathbb{F}\) an abelian group, \(p: X \to A\). The paper under review studies a certain set \(G^n_p(X;\mathbb{F})\subseteq H^n(X;\mathbb{F})\). This set generalizes the coGottlieb group studied in [\textit{H. B. Haslam}, Duke Math. J. 38, 671--679 (1971; Zbl 0228.55012)], as in the case where \(p=\mathrm{id}_X\), it can be shown that \(G^n_{\mathrm{id}_X}(X;\mathbb{F})\) is identical with the coGottlieb group. The goal of the paper is to dualize, in the Eckmann-Hilton sense, many of the results in a previous paper by the same authors [Topology Appl. 160, No. 6, 794--805 (2013; Zbl 1266.55007)]. The authors are then able to obtain results concerning cohomology and fibration sequences, as well as Nomura's exact sequences for the group of self-homotopy equivalences.
