The author studies the \(C^\ast\)-algebra generated by operators of multiplicative discrete convolution and multiplication operators with oscillating coefficients. For this algebra, the author constructs some symbol operator calculus. As a result, he obtains necessary and sufficient conditions of Noethericity for these operators. These results are the development Noetherian theory for multiplicative discrete convolution operators (see [the reviewer, ``Necessary and sufficient conditions for multiplicative discrete convolution operators'', Izv. Vysh. Uchebn. Zaved. Severo-Kavkaz. Reg. Estestv. Nauki 4, 105--107 (1973)]).
