In this very interesting paper, the authors consider a nonlinear eigenvalue problem over a bounded convex smooth domain driven by the \(\infty\)-Laplace equation. The relevant boundary conditions are of Neumann type and the problem is treated in the sense of viscosity solutions which is the relevant approach for nondivergence elliptic equations. The motivation to study this problem as well as the method of analysis consists of the passage to the limit as \(p\rightarrow\infty\) to the \(p\)-eigenvalue Neumann problem. The respective Dirichlet \(\infty\)-eigenvalue problem has been studied before by Juutinen-Lindqvist-Manfredi in the earlier papers [\textit{P. Juutinen} et al., Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 148, No. 2, 89--105 (1999; Zbl 0947.35104); Calc. Var. Partial Differ. Equ. 23, No. 2, 169--192 (2005; Zbl 1080.35057)]. The authors herein derive several interesting results, one of those being the convergence of the \(p\)-eigenvalue to the \(\infty\)-eigenvalue. The paper is very nicely written and highly recommended.
