The authors study analytic-geometric properties of regularity and capacity for the fractional dissipative operator \(L^{(\alpha)} \equiv \partial_t + (-\Delta)^\alpha\), \(\alpha \in (0,1]\), where the fractional Laplace operator is determined via direct and inverse Fourier transforms in \(\mathbb R^n\). After the statement of the problem and the introduction of a new type of capacity for the fractional dissipative operator, the authors prove three theorems which allow them to get not only three geometric inequalities linking two types of capacity, but also to find a Hausdorff dimension estimate for the blow-up set of a weak solution to the initial value problem \(L^{(\alpha)} u (t,x)=F(t,x)\), \(u(0,x)=0\). The dual representation of the capacity and a Frostman-type theorem from geometric measure theory are serving as the base of the proof.
