Let \(\mu_n(q,h,H), a_n(q,h,H),\; n\geq 0\) be the spectral data of the boundary value problem \(L(q,h,H)\) of the form \[ -y''+q(x)y=\mu y,\; q'(x)\in L_2(0,\pi), \] \[ y'(0)-hy(0)=0,\; y'(\pi)+Hy(\pi)=0, \] where \(q(x),h\) and \(H\) are real. The main result of the paper is the following uniqueness theorem. Theorem. If \(\mu_n(q,h_0,H)=\mu_n(q_0,h_0,H_0), a_n(q,h_0,H)\geq a_n(q_0,h_0,H_0)\) for all \(n\geq 0,\) then \(q=q_0\) and \(H=H_0\).
