Numerical computation of Schwarz-Christoffel transformation for simply connected unbounded domain (Q2367997)

The conformal mapping of the upper half-plane to a polygon is given by the Schwarz-Christoffel formula. Kantorovich devised a method to calculate the accessary parameters. The authors modify this method insofar as they use pure and compound Gauß-Jacobi quadrature to evaluate certain improper integrals with endpoint singularities. Several examples demonstrate the efficiency of their method.
