Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field. The class of graded connected Artin-Schelter regular \(k\)-algebras in dimension 2 and 3 has already been classified. The case of dimension 4 is much more difficult. The aim of the present paper is to consider the series of algebras \[ C=C(r,\alpha)=k\langle x,y,d,u\rangle/I,\quad r,\alpha\in k^* \] where \(I\) is the homogeneous ideal generated by the elements \[ xd-dx,\quad yd-\alpha dx,\quad ux-ryu,\quad uy-\alpha r^{-1}xu,\quad du-(xy-ryx),\quad ud+\alpha r(xy-r^{-1}yx). \] If \(\text{gr-mod\,}C\) is the category of finitely generated modules over \(C\) then \(\text{Proj\,}S\) is the quotient category of \(\text{gr-mod\,}C\) modulo the full subcategory of finite-length \(S\)-modules. A fat point module of multiplicity \(e>1\) is a graded \(C\)-module which has Hilbert series \(\tfrac e{1-t}\). It is generated in degree 0 and is 1-critical with respect to GK-dimension. The equivalence class of a fat point module in \(\text{Proj\,}C\) is called a fat point. Let \(Z\) be the center of \(C\). The center \(Z\) acts trivially on a graded \(C\)-module \(M\) if \(M(Z_{\geqslant 1})=0\). It is shown that if \(e=2\) and the center acts trivially on a family of fat points then this family is parameterized by elements of \(k^*\). There are two families of fat points for which the center acts nontrivially. Each family is parameterized by \(k^*/{\pm 1}\). There are given explicit forms of these parameterizations.
