The author studies the solution properties to the following problem \[ z^{\prime \prime }=0\text{ a.e. in }[0,1]\text{ with }(C):\text{ } z(0)=0,\alpha z(\eta )=z(1)\;\text{with }0<\eta <1\text{ and }0<\alpha < \frac{1}{\eta }. \] Using these properties, he proves the existence of multiple positive solutions of the problem \[ z^{\prime \prime }(t)+g(s)f(z(t))=0\text{ a.e. in }[0,1]\text{ with }(C). \] For illustration of these results, he gives an interesting example.
