The author considers the solution \(\phi (t/\epsilon^s,\mathbf{x}/\epsilon^s)\) of the non-stationary Schrödinger equation with the time-dependent random potential with long correlations \(V(t/\epsilon^{\gamma},\mathbf{x})\), where \(s\) and \(\gamma\) are the parameters of the propagation scale and time correlation, correspondingly. The main result obtained with the help of the Wigner transform is based on the fact that on the propagation scales \(\epsilon^s\) with \((2\kappa^{\gamma})^{-1}<s<1\) (where \(\kappa\) is a function of the exponentials in the power-law scaled moment and autocorrelation function) the random phase modulation oscillates very fast that breaks the wave coherence.
