The authors study a class of homogeneous CR manifolds \( M = K_0/H_0\) of a compact Lie group \(K_0\), which they call n-reductive. Infinitesimally, a homogeneous CR manifold \(M\) is defined by a CR algebra, i.e., a pair \( (\mathfrak{k}_0 := \mathrm{Lie\,} K_0, \mathfrak{v})\) where \(\mathfrak{v}\) is a complex subalgebra of the complex Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{k}= \mathfrak{k}_0^{C}\). The manifold \(M\) is called to be n-reductive if the Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{v}\) is a direct sum of the reductive algebra \( \mathfrak{h}^C = \mathfrak{v}\cap \bar{\mathfrak{v}}\) and the (nilpotent) normalizer \(\mathfrak{n}_{\mathfrak{k}}(\mathfrak{v})\). In this case, the Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{v}\) together with an element \( X \in \mathfrak{v} \) contains its semisimple and nilpotent part. Any n-reductive homogeneous CR manifold \(M\) admits a \(K_0\)-equivariant CR embedding into an appropriate complex Lie group \(V\) with the Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{v}\). The class of n-reductive homogeneous CR manifolds includes the orbits of minimal dimension of a compact Lie group \(K\) in an algebraic homogeneous variety of its complexification \(K^C\). The authors construct a canonical equivariant fibration \[ \pi : M = K/H \to F = K/L \] of a n-reductive homogeneous CR manifold \(M\) over a flag manifold \(F\) with an invariant complex structure. The projection \(\pi\) is a CR map, but, in general, is not a CR submersion. The authors define a notion of CR deployment between CR manifolds as a generalization of the notion of CR submersion and prove that the map \(\pi\) is a CR deployment. Explicit examples of n-reductive homogeneous CR manifolds and their fibrations are considered. Many other interesting results are proved. In particular, a canonical regularization procedure is proposed which associates with a complex subalgebra \(\mathfrak{v}\) of a complex Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{k}\) a parabolic subalgebra of \(\mathfrak{k}\).
