This article is a continuation of two previous works [\textit{E. Aichinger} et al., Monatsh. Math. 164, No. 2, 119-132 (2011; Zbl 1241.16030) and \textit{G. L. Peterson} and \textit{S. D. Scott}, Monatsh. Math. 167, No. 2, 273-289 (2012; Zbl 1269.16042)] studying the units of a compatible nearring \(R\) satisfying the descending chain condition on right ideals (dccr). Let \(R\) be a compatible nearring satisfying the dccr using a faithful compatible module \(G\) of \(R\). The main advance in this article is that they could drop a direct sum restriction and obtain descriptions of \(1+\text{Ann}_R(G/H)\), \(U(1+\text{Ann}_R(G/H))\), and \(1+(\text{Ann}_R(G/H)\cap J_2(R))\) for any \(R\)-ideal \(H\) of \(G\) that is a direct sum of isomorphic minimal \(R\)-ideals for which \(G/H\) and \(H\) contain no isomorphic minimal factors. Further, the notion of shift orbits is developed and used for finding the order of \(R\) and \(U(R)\). In the last section, the notion of quasi \(c\)-chain is introduced, which extends the notion of \(c\)-chain introduced in the second of the previous works.
