Let \(A\) be an associative unital \(\Bbbk\)-algebra over a field \(\Bbbk\). Gerstenhaber bracket endows the Hochschild cohomology group \(\mathrm{HH}^1(A)\) with the structure of a Lie algebra. Furthermore, for every \(n>1\) the Hochschild cohomology group \(\mathrm{HH}^n(A)\) becomes an \(\mathrm{HH}^1(A)\)-module. In this paper the author describes the structure of the latter module for monomial algebras with radical square zero. The description is given in terms of combinatorics of the quiver of \(A\). In the case of a two loop quiver over complex numbers the Lie algebra \(\mathrm{HH}^1(A)\) is isomorphic to \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\times\mathbb{C}\). In this case the author explicitly determines the structure of \(\mathrm{HH}^n(A)\) both as an \(\mathfrak{sl}_2\)-module and an \(\mathrm{HH}^1(A)\)-module.
