The paper is devoted to the boundary value problem for partial differential equations. Existence and uniqueness in some Sobolev spases for a transmission problem involving Brinkman-type operators on Lipschitz and \(C^1\) domains in Riemannian manifolds are obtained. The authors use a method of boundary integral equation. The results of \textit{M. Kohr}, \textit{C. Pintea} and \textit{W. L. Wendland} [Commun. Pure Appl. Anal. 9, No. 2, 493--537 (2010; Zbl 1228.35099)] are extended.
