The authors give a description of the \(C^1\)-interior of the set of smooth vector fields on a smooth closed manifold having the oriented shadowing property, namely \[ \text{Int}^1(\text{OrientSh}\setminus B)=S, \qquad \text{Int}^1(\text{OrientSh})\cap B\neq\emptyset. \] Here, \(\text{Int}^1\) denotes the interior of a set w.r.t.\ the \(C^1\)-topology, \(S\) is the set of structurally stable vector fields on a smooth closed (i.e., compact and boundaryless) manifold with Riemannian metric, and a particular precisely characterized class \(B\) of vector fields that are not structurally stable. Moreover, the inclusion \[ \text{Int}^1(\text{OrientSh}\cap N)\subset S \] is established, with the set of nonsingular vector fields \(N\). An example of a vector field from the class \(B\) belonging to \(\text{Int}^1(\text{OrientSh})\) is given.
