Intersection cohomology of the circle actions (Q2381632)

The paper studies modelled circle actions on unfolded pseudomanifolds. Let \(\Phi: S^1 \times X \to X\) be such an action. The main result states that the orbit space of \(\Phi\) together with a suitably defined Euler class determines the intersection cohomology of \(X\), the real homotopy type of \(X\) and the perverse real homotopy of \(X\).
