The problem of finding Steiner quadruple systems with cyclic resolutions is an important open problem in design theory. In this paper, the author establishes that a quadruple system of order \(v\) with \(\lambda = 3\) having a cyclic resolution exists for all possible \(v\). Also, the author proves that the necessary conditions for a cyclically resolvable cyclic 3-\((v,4,\lambda)\) design to exist are sufficient for all possible \(v\) and all \(\lambda \equiv 0\pmod 3\). This is the first general series of such designs with constant and small indexes for \(t \geq 3\).
