In this article the following almost periodic (a.p.) problem of optimal control \[ \dot{x}=\int_{U}f(t,x,v(t),u)d\mu_{t}(u),\;t\in R, \] \[ J(x(\cdot),v(\cdot),\mu_{t}(\cdot))=\lim_{T\rightarrow \infty}\frac{1}{T}\int_{0}^{T}[\int_{U}f^{0}(t,x(t),v(t),u)d\mu_{t}(u)]dt\rightarrow \inf \] is considered. Here \((x(\cdot),v(\cdot),\mu_{t}(\cdot))\in B(R,G)\times B(R,0)\times S,\) where \(B(R,G)\) is a set of a.p. Bohr functions; \(S\) is a set of a.p. Stepanov generalized controls (see [\textit{R. V. Gamkrelidze}, Principles of optimal control theory. Translated from Russian by Karol Makowski. Translation editor Leonard D. Berkovitz. Mathematical Concepts and Methods in Science and Engineering. Vol. 7. (New York-London): Plenum Press. (1978; Zbl 0401.49001)]). Necessary optimality conditions in the form of a maximum principle are proved.
