Nine concrete examples of quadratic systems with a weak focus are considered that realize all the possible configurations of singular points in the extended plane and have the following distribution of limit cycles of normal size: two around the unique focus, and \((2,0)\) or \((2,1)\) when there are two foci. Limit cycles of normal size are those which can be detected by numerical methods.
