For a sub-Riemannian \(k\)-step Carnot group \(G\) of homogeneous dimension the authors prove several geometric inequalities concerning smooth hypersurfaces (submanifolds of codimension one) immersed in \(G\), endowed with the \(H\)-perimeter measure. This argument is a contribution to isoperimetric inequalities.
