Abstract: Let $GG$ be a sub-Riemannian $k$-step Carnot group of homogeneous dimension $Q$. In this paper, we shall prove several geometric inequalities concerning smooth hypersurfaces (i.e. codimension one submanifolds) immersed in $GG$, endowed with the $HH$-perimeter measure.
