The authors consider a complete non-compact \(n\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold \((M,g)\) such that \(M=\cup_{j=0}^JM_j\) (\(J\geq 1\)), where \(M_j\) are open sets, the closure of \(M_0\) is compact and the other \(M_j\) are cuspidal ends of \(M\). The generic cusp is isomorphic to \(X\times (1,+\infty)\) with the metric \(ds^2=(h+dy^2)/y^{2\delta}\), where \(X\) is a compact manifold with the metric \(h\). In the paper under review, the authors prove that for any 1-form \(A\) on \(M\) which is non-exact in each cusp, the magnetic Laplacian \(-\Delta_A=(id+A)^*(id+A)\) satisfies the Weyl asymptotic formula with sharp reminder. Moreover, an upper bound for the counting function of the embedded eigenvalues of the Laplace-Beltrami operator \(-\Delta\) is deduced.
